In many ways, Rom is the archetypical "good guy." He believes strongly in the triumph of good over evil and never takes life when he can avoid it. Even when he did so he always felt great remorse.

Exusiai's Notes Okay, I will admit to a little bit of cheating here because I drew some information from the IDW run on Rom Spaceknight. Why? Because I freaking LOVE Rom. At the end of the day the Spaceknights were an odd variation on the Green Lantern Corps, so I used several GLs as a baseline, mixed with Rom's stats from the game.

Note I
At it's lowest setting the Neutralizer can neutralize radiation poisoning. However at a more powerful setting the Neutralizer will easily negate the life energy field of a living being, killing them. Treat the APs of Neutralize as the EV if used as an attack.

The Neutralizer is stored in a hyper-dimensional pocket when not in use.

When banishing a Dire Wraith to Limbo, Rom receives a -2CS bonus to the OV/RV of his banishing Action Check.
