Techno-Organic Being Roughly once per week Warlock must use his Vampirism power to feed. He may only use Vampirism on objects or those who have been transformed via his Transmutation power. Warlock gains Current Body equal to the Body the victim would have if it were living, or it's Material Strength if another living objects (such as a tree for example). Warlock is considered to enter Killing Combat if he uses this power on a sentient being (something he rarely does, for moral considerations).
If an opponent is transformed but not drained of energy, that individual becomes a techno-organic being like himself. Such a target gains a STR, and BODY equal to 7 (or retains their own attributes if they are higher), and gains the following of Warlock's powers: (Chameleon: 5, Energy Absorption: 2, Growth: 2, Sealed Systems: 9, Self Manipulation: 6, Stretching: 1, Transmutation: 7, Vampirism: 7) with all of the same Bonuses and Limitations, and adds one AP to their INFL, AURA, and SPIRIT attributes.
ROLE-PLAYING NOTES
The son of the alien Technarch ruler, Magus, Warlock's mutation is his ability to show human-like emotion and curiosity. Warlock is an alien in almost every sense of the word. He still has very little comprehension of his new world. He is a sensitive, peaceful soul who easily panics when confronted with the unknown, but he will fight fiercely to defend his friends.

Exusiai's Notes Again, this is one of those 'how the hell do I write up his powers?' characters. the T.O. virus was a bit tricky to figure out, but I think I have a lock on it. I went with Transmutation (and the limitations attached) because the way the sources describe it is as "transforming living creatures into techno-organic beings through an unknown process". I almost went with matter manipulation, but that allows the character to change the shape of an object as wel, where transmutation doesn't.
