Tools and weapons Ebersol has forms with his pack include an Adhesive 'webbing' discharger (Snare), blast cannon (Energy Blast), boot jets (Flight), Buzz Saws (Claws), defensive shields (Force Shield), drills (Digging), electrical blasters (Lightning), hovering mini cams (Split, Remote Sensing), Mechanical Arms (Extra Limb), and linguistics translations programs (Comprehend Languages). These are just a few -samples- of what the Fixer can do with his pack.
ROLE-PLAYING NOTES
The Fixer's ability to build weapons rivals Reed Richards and Tony Stark, although his abilities are intuitive. Thanks to his incredibly versatile Tech Pack, Fixer has at his disposal a virtually unlimited arsenal of weapons and devices.
While his mind matured early, Ebersol's personality did not. The Fixer cannot relate to others easily, and has only recently begun to understand concepts like friendship and community. He frequently misunderstands the motives of friend and foe, and can be devious and untrustworthy.

Exusiai's Notes Okay, this Tech Pack is crazy, and it took me a while to figure out how to write it up. Self Manipulation seems to be the most logical concept for the thing. As a times 3 character he is pretty darn powerful. He is Go Go Gadget Guy.
