Scalphunter is the most cold-blooded killer of the group; his objective is always to kill his target, and he will always make certain that he has enough force on hand to achieve his objective.

Exusiai's Notes this was a hard one to figure out. Basically, Scalphunter can use his Matter Manipulation power on the components of his armor to make pretty much any firearm (no lasers and such). So had to go with Matter Manipulation. so pretty much he can generate any gun found in the Technical Manual or the 3rd Edition book.
