ROLE-PLAYING NOTES
A calculating master manipulator, Sinister is ruthless regarding his work and does not mind destroying peoples' lives to gain more power or obtain his goals. After Apocalypse's alterations to him, Sinister lacks normal human empathy which he found to impede his pursuit of knowledge. Amoral, Sinister only cares about himself and his work, but will align himself with others if it suits his agenda, or if they can be exploited for his ends. A powerful mastermind, he prefers to work in the background, letting the Marauders do his dirty work. An arrogant and confident villain, he expects complete obedience and perfection from his followers. His main goal seems to be to gain mental control over as many mutants as possible.

Exusiai's Notes Okay, so I did go ahead and use a source from 2006 (OHOTMU A-Z #7), only because it gave me all of the biographical information I required. I've always liked Sinister and hated how they ended the "Third Summers Brother" storyline (Vulcan is not on my list of favorite beings). Still all in all Sinister is a pretty impressive foe. In DC, I could see him as to say, Mike Milbury, working at Project Cadmus (after the Weapon X thing fell apart)
