POWERS & ABILITIES
(*=Linked)
Techno-Organic Virus Cable's "bionic" parts are actually a manifestation of a techno-organic infection. Cable holds this infection at bay with his Telekinesis. Any use of his Telekinesis power can cause the infection to spread. After the use of his Telekinesis is resolved, the player must make an Action check with the APs of Telekinesis actually used as the AV/EV. the OV is 9 [APs of his actual Telekinesis power] and the RV is his Body. RAPs scored are immediately applied as bashing damage to Cable's Body. This damage can not be reduced by the last-ditch defense.
ROLE-PLAYING NOTES
Nathan Summers is a hard man, forged by difficult times and countless trials. At heart, he’s simply a soldier, doing what he must to complete the mission at hand. Robbed of any chance at a normal existence, he has little that passes for a life outside of whatever struggle currently occupies his time. Molded by his experiences on the battlefield and in the shadows of clandestine communities, Summers is less upstanding and noble in his tactics and actions than most heroes. He has very little problem making hard, even brutal, decisions when the situation calls for them. Cable has sacrificed much, regrets much, and has learned to live with it all while fighting on.

Exusiai's Notes Cable is a man out of time, fighting to keep his future from ever occurring. Damn Time Travel and Recall (for 256 Exabytes) are expensive. I may have to look at and revamp some other characters after looking at this.
