- A.I. Combat Programming Sentinels are artificially intelligent robots programmed to fight mutants and have sophisticated programming to enable them to do so. - Character Type Detection The Mark VIII can scan all living entities within 1/8th of a mile [Life Sense: 7] and determine whether they are human, mutant, robot, or alien. They are then able to track such individuals [Analytical Smell/Tracking Scent: 10]
- Countermeasures These Sentinels can analyze an attack form and create methods using their self-repair mechanisms to neutralize the attack form.
