Temporal Wormholes With the resultant energies gained via his Vampirism power, Fitzroy can create portals that can teleport those passing through them across time and space. He must drain enough life force from a target to kill them for the time portals to open; for every person drained, 1 person can pass through. The portals are one way. Trying to pass through the wrong way results in the traveler having his body terribly misshapen (AV/EV 15/15). His portals can be used for simple teleportation, for which he only needs to absorb a small amount of life-force for (1 RAP to activate Warp power).
ROLE-PLAYING NOTES
Trevor is evil and cruel. He will sacrifice anyone or anything to consolidate or expand his political power base.

Exusiai's Notes Again this is one of those characters introduced in the 90s. I liked him better when he was with the Upstarts as opposed to the Chronomancer version. The upstart version is not much different, except for a change in contacts.
