  BIONIC JAW [Body: 10, Str: 8, Claws: 8] Cottonmouth's mouth and jaws have been biconically enhanced. His teeth were replaced with steel fangs, and his jaws were strengthened and hinged so that they could open larger than the size of a human head. Cottonmouth uses his jaws as does a snake. When Grappling with an opponent, he substitutes his Jaw's STR for the EV of the attack.

ROLE-PLAYING NOTES
Clemons is a pragmatist who owes loyalty to no one. As long as Sidewinder and the Society could provide him with a stable operation, he stayed with them, only to go over to Viper's side when she overthrew Sidewinder. He attempted to prove his allegiance by killing an unwitting Diamondback, but failed and will have to face the surviving Society's wrath.

Exusiai's Notes Once again, the Society seems like the perfect group to send against starting-level players. I toyed with making his powers internal, instead went with the Jaw that can not be removed.
